Sunday, watching cars go around in circles...smelling petrol and burning rubber...eating sandwiches and hotdogs. Clouds racing across the sky, exchanging short showers with glaring sunlight, while supercharged V8s roared by in endless streams. But looking at the people around me was the real highlight - New Zealanders in raincoats, sunglasses and jandals (flipflops), old and young, male and female - a real family day out.
